Inspired by the relationship between the moon and the ocean, the artwork captures a .feeling that is both powerful and peaceful The moon moves the tides from millions of miles away, while the waves carry that energy in their own rhythm — a reminder that some of the strongest forces don’t need to make noise.

The crashing waves represent the chaos of everyday life. The moon represents the calm within it. Together, they create a balance between movement and stillness  peace in the middle of the noise.

The name Undertow comes from the unseen force beneath the surface: something you may not always notice, but something that is always moving. Much like the thoughts, emotions and changes happening beneath our own surface.
